RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, gift cards, sale items, and personal care products.

Due to hygiene, health, and safety considerations, opened or used skincare, haircare, wellness, grooming, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. If you believe you have received a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the replacement product.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
