DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times are:
• Gauteng: 1–3 business days
• Major South African cities: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
ORDER TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
DELAYS
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Rose Mary-Ann cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rose Mary-Ann cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the package and contents. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
